Holiday Cancellation Policy
EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 1st, 2022
Due to increased demand during the busy holiday season, we require a 7-day notice of appointment shifts or cancellations. Any appointment cancellation less than 7 days in advance will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
Fee is due prior to rescheduling any appointment.
Due to this increase demand we can not guarantee to fit you back on our schedule prior to January 5, 2023 if any adjustments are made.
We totally understand that sometimes life happens and you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All we ask is that you provide us with a 48 hour notice when doing so. Please understand that when we reserve appointment slots specifically for you, and when it opens up without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to accommodate other guests. If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact the salon or your service provider directly. We are unable to communicate through our text reminders. It is an automated system. Cancellations requested less than a 48 hour in advance are subjected to a cancellation fee at the discretion of your service provider.
If you're running late, please know that we will do our best to accommodate you, however, if you are running10-15 minutes late for your appointment, your service provider might have to alter or eliminate a service, and you may be subjected to pay a late fee. Guests who are 30 or more minutes late will not be seen and subjected to pay a late fee, resulting in rescheduling services booked. This is up to the discretion of the service provider.
Service Guarantee and Refunds
We are committed to, and guarantee the highest level of satisfaction for our guests. We strive to educate our guests on what is attainable based on their goals, and the best way to maintain after you leave the salon. Please understand that we do not offer refunds, however if you are having any challenges with any services provided to you, please let your service provider know within 7 days of your appointment and we will gladly invite you back in to make adjustments at no additional charge. This does not apply if your stylist provided a service you both agreed upon in your consultation and you've changed your mind, but still let us know and we will get you to where you want to go together! Each situation will be considered at the discretion of the stylist as to what may be done for the adjustment.
