Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us 48 hours notice.
Here's why: when you book, that time is held for you and only you. Less than 48 hours notice means we can't offer it to someone else who wanted it.
Here's how it breaks down:

Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of your scheduled service

Same-day cancellations and no-shows: 100% of your scheduled service.

More than 15 minutes late: we may not be able to fit your service in, and the cancellation fee applies
Deposits are non-transferable on no-shows or late cancellations.
This isn't about the money. It's about respecting your artist's time and the next who wanted that slot.

We want you to love your hair. If something's off, tell us within 7 days and we'll bring you back in to fix it. No charge.
We don't do refunds. What we do is make it right.
One catch: if you and your stylist agreed on the service during your consult and you've just changed your mind, that's a different conversation. Still let us know. We'll figure out where to go from there together.
Every situation is different, so adjustments are worked out with your stylist directly.

WHAT IS LIVED IN COLOR?
Color that grows out the way it grew in. No hard line, no obvious regrowth, nothing screaming "time for a touch-up." It's built into your natural tone instead of fighting it, so you're not back in the chair every 8 weeks. Every canvas is different, so how many sessions it takes to get there depends on where you're starting.
WHAT IS BALAYAGE?
A freehand lightening technique. No foils, no harsh lines, just a natural sun-kissed gradient. It grows out gently, which is the whole point. If you want something cooler-toned, balayage isn't always the right tool, but there are other techniques that get you a similar effect.
HOW DO YOU PRICE YOUR SERVICES?
A la carte. Some things come bundled, but haircuts are separate. Color starts at a base price and moves up depending on length, density, and the technique it takes to get you there. Pricing also varies by stylist.
DO YOU OFFER BRIDAL SERVICES?
No. No bridal, no formal hair or makeup.
DO YOU OFFER EXTENSIONS?
Rainy and Sarah specialize in hand-tied extensions. Reach out to one of them directly, or email us, to set up a consult and talk color matching and availability.
CAN I BOOK A CONSULTATION?
Yes. Start with a virtual consult with your artist of choice so we can make sure it's the right fit before you're in the chair. In-person consults carry a fee, depending on the artist.
WHERE DO I PARK?
We're in the Sincerest Professional Building. Parking's not something you need to think about.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO BOOK?
We're appointment-only, and we usually book 2-3 weeks out. Evenings and weekends go fastest, so if those are your slots, prebook your next couple of visits before you leave.
Need to change your date or time? Just give us 48 hours notice. Less than that, and we reserve the right to charge 50% of the service to the card on file.
WHAT DOES CUSTOM COLOR MEAN?
We don't work off a menu. Your stylist blends techniques based on your hair, your maintenance tolerance, your features, your style, all of it. That's why our services come bundled instead of a la carte line items.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Whatever makes you feel like yourself. We'll be taking photos and video (with your okay), so neutral tones photograph best.
Comfort matters too. You'll be in the chair a while, so skip hoodies, turtlenecks, and anything with a lot of moving parts. Dangling earrings and delicate fabric aren't your friend during a color service. If you're worried about what you're wearing just ask for a robe.
